Vaughan grew up on the Gold Coast, attended University Of Queensland and from an early age knew his calling in life was to help those with hearing difficulties. Growing up with a grandfather with severe hearing loss fuelled his passion and empathetic nature to find the best possible solution for each individual.
Since entering the workforce in 1990 he was quickly promoted and has held a number of senior positions, globally as well as consulting to the industries largest companies before establishing Entire Hearing Care.
Vaughan now regularly provides training and industry experience to medical students and nurses and is know and respected for taking a very holistic approach to client care.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from Griffith University and is a current member of the Australian College of Audiology . He commenced his career in the Hearing Health Care Industry back in 1987 . He has worked in private practice in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers, helping 10's of thousands of people over this time to hear again and improve their quality of life.
Having a unique skill set not only in prescription but also in manufacturing and repair of hearing devices, has earned Aaron the reputation as one of the most experienced and qualified Practitioners in our industry. For this reason, is often sent referrals from Doctors and friends of existing clients to troubleshoot the more difficult cases and has given his time selflessly to mentor numerous Audiologist and Audiometrist in our industry.
