Entire Hearing Care recently provided in service training at St Andrews Lutheran Aged Care for nurses and care givers. Topics covered included:

• Difficulties experienced by the hearing impaired
• Tactics to use when interacting with the hard of hearing
• Basic hearing aid fault finding
• Hearing aid cleaning and wax management

We would like to thank Gary Aitchison from Bernafon who provided the participants with a hearing aid maintenance kit and the Gold Coast PHN for their support in organising the session.
